Just a note to say what a wonderful experience I had listing my condo with Luke and Rachel. I had first listed it with Susie and she sadly passed away. Luke and Rachel jumped in and took over immediately and I could have not been more pleased with them. Luke answered his phone every time I called and that meant a lot to me. Luke also kept in touch with me on the showings of the condo and how everything was going on their end. The condo sold and they advised me on who to get for a lawyer and the closing went very smooth. Rachel was so kind to take my cable boxes back for me and send me the receipt. They handled everything on their end and I didn’t have to make a trip to John’s Island to close everything out for the sell of the condo.
