Just a note to say what a wonderful experience I had listing my condo with Luke. I had first listed it with Susie and she sadly passed away. Luke jumped in and took over immediately and I could have not been more pleased with him. Luke answered his phone every time I called and that meant a lot to me. Luke also kept in touch with me on the showings of the condo and how everything was going on their end. The condo sold and he advised me on who to get for a lawyer and the closing went very smooth. Luke was so kind to arrange taking my cable boxes back for me and sent me the receipt. He handled everything on his end and I didn’t have to make a trip to John’s Island to close everything out for the sell of the condo. Thank you for everything you did to make such a smooth closing.
