Randy Fosgard brings an ownership-minded, strategic approach to commercial real estate, drawing on decades of experience in finance, business operations, entrepreneurship, and real estate ownership. As Director of Commercial Real Estate at Luke Webb & Associates, Randy works with clients to identify commercial opportunities, evaluate complex real estate decisions, and develop long-term strategies aligned with their investment and business objectives.

Randy’s professional background includes commercial banking, residential mortgage banking, executive leadership, and corporate planning within financial institutions and privately held businesses. In addition to his finance and business background, he has been involved in the ownership, operation, and development of a variety of real estate ventures including hospitality properties, residential development projects, land planning initiatives, second homes, and commercial real estate investments. His experience as an entrepreneur, owner/operator, strategist, and business advisor provides clients with a practical perspective that complements the boutique and advisory philosophy of Luke Webb & Associates. Randy particularly enjoys helping owners think strategically about long-term value, ownership transition, and thoughtful exit planning.

Originally from Michigan and a graduate of Michigan State University, Randy has longstanding ties to both Northern Michigan and Vero Beach. He enjoys spending time near Traverse City exploring Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore, boating and kayaking on the water, and staying active through tennis year-round. Randy appreciates the lifestyle, natural beauty, and strong sense of community that make both Northern Michigan and Vero Beach such special places.
