For over two decades, Amy moved within the world of fine dining and luxury hotels — beginning in Bel-Air and continuing in New York and Italy, where she has deep family roots in Florence and Milan. Amy worked alongside James Beard–recognized chefs and formed a quiet signature of elegance, sensitivity, and atmosphere. Her time in Europe further cultivated an instinct for discretion, refined presentation, and an intuitive understanding of the art of living well.

Most recently, Amy directed the renovation of several bespoke Florida residences, guiding the transformation from concept through completion with simplicity and balance. Her most current project is 645 Flamevine Lane in Vero Beach.
